01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and zk77 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and gaming services accessible at zk77.cam. This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in sports betting markets, casino games, bonus offers, and any other service or feature made available through zk77.

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the zk77 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its provisions, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have registered.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

03 Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the zk77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of your jurisdiction or the conditions of the Platform's operating licence, whichever is greater. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
2. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing the Platform or placing any wager. It is your responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction restricts or prohibits online gambling.
3. Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or who lack contractual capacity are not permitted to register.
4. One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent exclusion from the Platform.
5. Personal use: Accounts must be used solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not register on behalf of a third party or allow another individual to use your Account.
6. Not a Platform employee: Employees, directors, officers, agents or contractors of zk77 or its affiliated entities, and immediate family members of the foregoing, are not permitted to hold or operate User Accounts for real-money wagering.

04 Account Registration

To access real-money services on zk77, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. The following obligations apply:

1. You must provide accurate, current and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You must not share your Account details with any other person.
3. You must notify us immediately via our support channels if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
4. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate any Account registration at our sole discretion, without being required to state specific reasons, subject to applicable legal requirements.
5. Your Account is personal and non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of Account access to any third party is strictly prohibited.

05 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any other time we deem necessary in the interests of security, fraud prevention or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, we may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process may include submission of the following:

• A government-issued photographic identity document (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits;
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested to verify the source of funds deposited into the Account.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing and, in cases of persistent non-compliance, Account closure. We are not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

06 Deposits & Payments

All Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

1. Available methods: The payment channels available for deposit are displayed in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as familiar Pakistani payment context only. Their inclusion on this Platform does not constitute endorsement of, affiliation with, or approval by any such payment institution.
2. Minimum deposit: Minimum deposit thresholds are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited to the Account.
3. Third-party deposits: Deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned (less applicable fees, if any) following investigation.
4. No interest: zk77 does not pay interest on Account balances regardless of the amount held or duration of holding.
5. Currency: Deposits in currencies other than PKR may be subject to conversion at the rate applied by the relevant payment processor or our banking partner at the time of transaction. Any resulting conversion costs are the User's responsibility.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your zk77 Account is subject to the following conditions:

1. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account holder. We will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
2. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Accounts with pending KYC documentation will have withdrawals queued until verification is satisfactorily completed.
3. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of request. These limits may vary by payment method and Account tier.
4. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and may vary depending on the payment method selected, the volume of pending requests and our internal security review processes. We do not guarantee specific processing timescales.
5. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds before completion of applicable requirements will result in forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.
6. We reserve the right to delay, suspend or reverse a withdrawal pending the outcome of any fraud investigation, security review or suspected breach of these Terms.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

zk77 may offer promotional bonuses, free bet credits, reload offers, referral rewards and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with the individual promotion:

1. Eligibility: Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit threshold, qualifying games or markets, and the opt-in mechanism. Users must meet all stated criteria to receive the bonus.
2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom are subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms. As an illustrative example only: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x requirement would necessitate PKR 20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted. Actual figures vary by promotion.
3. Maximum bet during bonus: Placing a single bet in excess of the maximum bet limit stipulated in any active bonus's terms may constitute a breach of those terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
4. Game contribution: Different game types contribute to Wagering Requirements at different rates. Sports betting markets and casino slots may contribute differently from table games, live casino or RNG games. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
5. Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date or window, typically measured from the date of crediting. Any uncompleted Wagering Requirements or unused Bonus Funds at expiry are forfeited without compensation.
6. Maximum cash-out: Some promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated using Bonus Funds. This limit is specified in the individual promotion's terms.
7. One bonus at a time: Unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active at any given time.
8. Abuse: We reserve the right to withhold, withdraw or reclaim any bonus where we have reasonable grounds to believe the User has engaged in bonus abuse, including (without limitation) the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinated wagering with other Users to minimise risk, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional mechanics.

09 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on zk77. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform:

1. Bet acceptance: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation. A bet is not placed until you have received a confirmation reference number or on-screen confirmation of acceptance.
2. Minimum and maximum stakes: Stake limits apply per bet and per market. Applicable limits are displayed at the time of placing the bet and may vary by sport, market, event and Account tier.
3. Error odds: In the event that a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to void such bet and return the stake to the User's Account. We are not obligated to honour manifestly incorrect odds.
4. Abandoned or cancelled events: Where a sporting event or match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules displayed on the Platform. In general, bets on events that do not commence within a defined period of the scheduled start time may be voided and stakes returned.
5. Live / In-Play betting: In-play markets are subject to delay and temporary suspension as live data is processed. We accept no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues, data transmission delays or technical disruptions during live events.
6. RNG games: Casino games powered by RNG software return outcomes based on statistically random processes. We do not guarantee any specific return-to-player (RTP) outcome for any individual session. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-run averages, not session-level guarantees.
7. Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game round, the Platform's recorded data constitutes the authoritative record. Disputes must be raised with our support team within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the zk77 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (including under different names, email addresses or payment methods);
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point, including during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or glitches for financial gain;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate betting outcomes, bonus conditions or game results;
• Harassing, abusing or threatening Platform staff or other Users through any communication channel.

11 Responsible Gambling

zk77 is committed to providing a safe, fair and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended solely as entertainment and should never be regarded as a source of income. We offer the following responsible gambling tools, accessible at any time through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits & Reminders — Configure on-screen notifications to alert you to the duration of your current playing session.
• Cool-Off Periods — Take a structured break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without full account closure.
• Self-Exclusion — Request temporary or permanent suspension of your Account. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks — Periodic on-screen prompts displaying your net session outcome to maintain perspective during play.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the zk77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of zk77 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, publicly displayed, transmitted or otherwise used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of zk77. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content, including framing, screen-scraping, or systematic data extraction, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a breach of applicable intellectual property law.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk77 shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

1. Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss, including (without limitation) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform;
2. Any loss arising from interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, network outages or any other cause outside our reasonable control;
3. Any loss arising from your reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information displayed on the Platform, including odds or event data, where such inaccuracy is attributable to a third-party data provider;
4. Any regulatory, legal or financial consequences arising from your decision to access and use the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in this clause shall limit our liability for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

zk77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which zk77 holds its operating licence, as may be updated from time to time.

Users who access the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. The inclusion of Pakistan as a target market for language and payment context does not constitute a representation that online gambling is lawful for all Pakistani residents.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint handling process may be referred to such dispute resolution body as is specified under the terms of zk77's operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism will be provided upon request via our support channels.
